What is the 1:1 iPad Project?

Pupils in Key Stage 2, (years 3 to 6,) are allocated an iPad each to use in school and then they take their iPads home at the end of the school day to enable a seamless transition into learning at home.

We are leading the way in innovative education and effectively using technology to enhance children's learning!

Teachers are able to give detailed feedback to pupils, create deeper learning outside of the school day and design a wider range of tasks.  Pupils can access hundreds of high quality resources from home including all lesson plans and resources. This is great for parents as they can stay connected with their child's learning.

At Pikes Lane we aim to break down every barrier to learning!

We are keen to engage in research and we will be publishing our impact book very soon! (September 2019!)
